Lumensis is operated by Curious Life (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in Denmark. By using lumens.is you agree to these terms.

Lumensis is a cognitive measurement tool. It analyses conversation exports you upload and produces metrics, visualisations, and narrative interpretations using transformer embeddings, topic modelling, and information-theoretic analysis.

Lumensis provides exploratory analytics, not clinically validated psychological assessments. Results should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lumensis.

Free analysis runs entirely in your browser. No data is uploaded to our servers. No account is required.

Paid analysis uploads your conversation file to our servers for neural processing. Your file is encrypted in transit, processed in a single session, and the raw data is deleted within 7 days. Only computed metrics and narrative interpretations are retained.

Paid analysis is a one-time purchase processed through Stripe. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting hello@lumens.is.

• Free tier: all processing happens in your browser. We never see your data.
• Paid tier: your file is encrypted, processed, and raw data deleted within 7 days.
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

You may only upload conversation data that you have the right to share. Do not upload conversations involving third parties without their knowledge. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or misuse the service.

Your conversation data remains yours. The analysis results, metrics, and narrative interpretations generated by Lumensis are licensed to you for personal use. The Lumensis name, brand, and methodology are our intellectual property.

Lumensis is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for decisions made based on analysis results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumensis after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
